Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Step 1:
Begin at the neck. Just above the center of each side of the collar bone there are lymphatic nodes, place your middle finger on your collar bone and extend your ring finger upward to gently press the little divot of soft tissue 20-50 times.
Step 2:
Then cross your hands and rest your index finger and middle finger along the sides of your neck at the base of the neck, gently pull inward from the neck to the little divot above your collar bones. Repeat 20-50 times.
Step 3:
Keeping your hands crossed put your index finger in front of your ear and your other fingers behind your ear. Move your fingertips to the side of your neck just beneath the back of your ear. Using your fingertips gently massage downward from your ears to the center of your neck, you may feel lymphatic drainage in the back of your throat. Repeat 20-50 times.
Stimulate Circulation
Step 1:
Using both hands make large circles along the sides of your face, focusing on one side at a time.
Step 2:
Making circles on your forehead and along the sides of your eyes and temples.
Step 3:
Place middle finger and ring finger of both hands at the center of your forehead above eyebrows, gently move fingers outward toward the temples, repeat this 20-50 times.
Awaken the Eye Area
Step 1:
Using gentle tapping with the index and middle finger tap out a circle around the eye, being careful not to tug or drag the skin.
Step 2:
Go outward along your eyebrows, then inward along the top of your cheekbones toward the bridge of your nose. Circle your eyes 3-5 times.
Step 3:
At the center of each eyebrow apply pressure and hold for 20-60 seconds.
Peace Massage and Eye Bag Lift
Step 1:
Make a peace sign or “V” with your index finger and middle finger. Place your fingers at the inner and outer corners of your eyes. Gently but firmly press 20-50 times.
Step 2:
Again make a peace sign or “V” with your index and middle fingers. Place your fingers at the inner and outer corners of your eyes. Look upwards with your eyes. Activate the muscles in your lower lids and use them to lift your lower lids up and release them down, repeat this 20-50 times.
